Our support system is multilingual (in English, Portuguese and Spanish).

There are two possibilities for initial language configuration used by users:

  1. Email Contact: The system tries to detect the language by checking the first 15 words in the first email received. When this happens, the corresponding language is associated with the contact.
  2. Contact through the support portal: In the creation of your user in the support center (https://support.eventelis.com), the portal detects, through the settings of your browser, the configured language. The same will be used for other communications.


The default language setting can be changed according to user preferences.
